Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Raisins

Instructions
 

  • Take a large bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder and whisk it together.
  • Take another mixing bowl and mash the banana with the help of a fork or a spatula until smooth.
  • Spray the oven-proof bowl with some oil and sprinkle some flour, and coat it well. This prevents the cake from sticking.
  • In another mixing bowl add the butter and whisk it smooth, then add the sugar and beat well until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg, vanilla extract and beat well until combined. After that add yogurt and stir it and finally add the mashed bananas and mix.
  • Add the dry ingredient and fold them until well combined leaving no lumps but don’t over mix it.
  • Preheat your air fryer at 160C/325F for 3 minutes.
  • Pour ½ of the batter in the oven-proof bowl if you’re using a small bowl.
  • Cook the air fryer banana bread at 160C/325F for 30 minutes.
  • To find out if the bread is done or not, insert a clean toothpick into the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean your bread is done.
  • Let the baking bowl cool at least 20 minutes before removing the bread.
  • Slice it, serve it and enjoy.
