Instructions
Lightly spray your bread slices with olive oil. This helps them toast evenly without drying out.
Place the slices in your air fryer basket.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes, depending on thickness and your preferred level of crispiness.
Flip halfway through if needed for even browning.
Scoop the flesh of your avocado into a bowl.
Add a splash of lemon juice, pinch of salt, and freshly cracked pepper.
Mash with a fork until slightly chunky, or slice into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Once the toast is ready, spread the avocado mash generously. Top with chili flakes, feta, or whatever you like. Serve immediately.
