  • Lightly spray your bread slices with olive oil. This helps them toast evenly without drying out.
  • Place the slices in your air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes, depending on thickness and your preferred level of crispiness.
  • Flip halfway through if needed for even browning.
  • Scoop the flesh of your avocado into a bowl.
  • Add a splash of lemon juice, pinch of salt, and freshly cracked pepper.
  • Mash with a fork until slightly chunky, or slice into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Once the toast is ready, spread the avocado mash generously. Top with chili flakes, feta, or whatever you like. Serve immediately.
