Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  • Core apples and create a hollow center, leaving the bottom intact.
  • Mix oats, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, nuts, and butter in a bowl.
  • Stuff each apple with filling and place upright in the air fryer.
  • Air fry for 15–18 minutes until tender.
  • Serve warm with toppings of choice.
