Ingredients
  

  •  2 cups raw walnuts
  •  ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

Prep the Walnuts:

  • If using raw walnuts, you can soak them in warm water for 10 minutes to remove bitterness.
  • Pat them completely dry before coating.

Make the Coating:

  • Stir in brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Toss in the walnuts, coating them evenly.

Air Fry the Walnuts:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for even cooking.
  • Spread walnuts in a single layer inside the basket.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

 Cool & Serve:

  • Let the walnuts cool for at least 10 minutes to harden.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
