Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn (husks and silk removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, avocado oil, or spray oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons butter (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400F (200C).
  • Shuck the corn, rinse, and pat dry. Cut ears in half if needed to fit in a single layer.
  • Rub the corn all over with oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the corn in the basket in a single layer with space between the ears. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender with lightly charred edges.
  • Rub with butter, sprinkle with extra salt, and serve hot.
