Carrot muffins made in the air fryer are moist, tender, and fluffy. These air fryer muffins are simple to prepare and ready in a flash. Any time of year, this is the best treat you can create. So these wonderful carrot muffins don’t have to wait until Easter.

You can eat your delicious air fryer carrot muffins plain or with a creamy cheese frosting on top. With its tangy flavor, the cream cheese frosting will complement the richness of the carrot muffins. I enjoy making cakes and muffins in my air fryer. Baking with an air fryer is quite simple.

How to make air fryer carrot muffins?

To make air fryer carrot muffins, you just need a few things that are already in your cupboard. Let’s get those components together and prepare a luscious carrot cake.

Ingredients for air fryer carrot muffins:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups fresh carrot (shredded)
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instruction for air fryer carrot muffins:

  2. Now take a mixing bowl to add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt. Mix them until well combined.

  4. Now, let’s prepare the wet batter. Take a mixing bowl to add the eggs and sugar first and mix them with the help of a whisker. Mix them until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  8. Preheat your air fryer to 160C/320F for 5 minutes.
  9. Fill ⅔ part of the silicon cup or paper cup. At this point, you can add some chopped walnuts or any other dry fruits as per your liking.air fryer muffins

  11. Bake the air fryer cupcake at 160/320F for 10 minutes. Insert a clean toothpick through the middle of the muffin, if it comes out clean the muffins are perfectly cooked.   12. Let the muffins cool for a while. Then you can add the frosting.
