- After the wet batter is ready, add the mixture of flour and mix them until there are no lumps left.
- Now add the shredded carrots to the batter and mix with a spatula.
- Preheat your air fryer to 160C/320F for 5 minutes.
- Fill ⅔ part of the silicon cup or paper cup. At this point, you can add some chopped walnuts or any other dry fruits as per your liking.
- Transfer the air fryer carrot muffins cups to the air fryer basket. Be careful the air fryer basket is hot, don’t burn yourself.
- Bake the air fryer cupcake at 160/320F for 10 minutes. Insert a clean toothpick through the middle of the muffin, if it comes out clean the muffins are perfectly cooked. If the toothpick doesn’t come out clean you can bake the muffins further for a minuter or two.
- Let the muffins cool for a while. Then you can add the frosting.
