easy banana bread in air fryer

Are you looking for a tried-and-true breakfast recipe? Try this moist, fluffy, and flavorful banana bread made in the air fryer. The air fryer banana bread recipe is incredibly simple and quick to prepare.

This is the tastiest banana bread I’ve ever baked in an air fryer. Banana bread cooked in the air fryer is so good that I’m sure one slice isn’t enough. I just made some banana bread with raisins. However, for a crunchier and savory flavor, you can add your favorite dried fruit and nuts.

I created this air fryer banana bread for two people, but if you want more, you may make another batch. But don’t go overboard.

I love having my air fryer banana bread with a hot cup of black coffee for my breakfast. If you like baking, you can also try our Oatmeal Cookies in Air Fryer and Air Fryer Carrot Muffins.

Now let’s start with the making of our delicious air fryer banana bread.

Easy Air Fryer Banana Bread Recipe:

The most vital component in good banana bread is an overripe banana. The overripe banana adds sweetness to the bread.

So, I usually buy a few extra bananas and let some of them ripen before baking.

If your bananas aren’t ripe enough for the recipe, you can bake them in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 150°C/300°F.

Now, let’s see the ingredients you need for the air fryer banana recipe,

Can I make air fryer banana bread ahead?

Yes, breakfast with air fryer banana bread is delicious. So you can bake and refrigerate the air fryer banana bread ahead of time. Allow the banana bread to cool completely before wrapping it in saran wrap. Refrigerate it for three to four days.
